Owing surrenders?

Earlier this week, I was playing Hi†man in a game and losing, but he got d/c. This cost him something like 40 stats. I, of course, was happy about my good fortune. Today, I played Hi†man again in a turtle game, and won. Once he realized he was going to lose, he began complaining that I "owed" him a surrender, since he got d/c last time we played and he was winning then. I replied that I pay to have a good internet connection in order to avoid d/cing, and that there is no such thing as a system of "owing" surrenders. Then he claimed that you, flare, told him I would surrender next time we played. Having heard nothing of this, I told him I could care less and went ahead with mopping the battle up. Was he justified in claiming I owed him? You decide!

flare, you're just that kinda person. Noone likes ya and everyone aims to make you responsible i kid tho, it happens frequently when you're talking about someone the individual knows and this shit happens.
